I’m an HR and Talent Acquisition leader who builds people‑focused systems that actually work. Throughout my career, I’ve helped growing companies hire the right people, create fair and practical compensation models, strengthen compliance, and shape an employee experience that feels organized and supportive instead of chaotic.

Most of my roles have required me to be both strategic and hands‑on. I design recruiting pipelines that make sense, structure compensation using real market data, and build HR processes that give managers clarity without adding unnecessary red tape. I work closely with leadership to make sure expectations are aligned, decisions are consistent, and people feel supported at every stage of their employment.

I’m steady, detail‑oriented, and calm when things get messy. Fairness, transparency, and dignity guide how I work. Whether I’m navigating a sensitive employee relations issue, building new HR infrastructure, or planning a long‑term HR roadmap, I approach it with analytical thinking, empathy, and genuine care.

Outside of work, I love creating meaningful experiences. Travel, food, and storytelling are big parts of my life, and that curiosity shows up in how I solve problems and connect with people.
